Orders & delivery
Every order is carefully prepared by our team. Preparation usually takes 1 to 2 working days, and delivery then takes 3 to 5 working days on average.

Yes. We deliver to many countries around the world. Depending on your delivery country, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the authorities in the destination country.
Returns & refunds
Yes. If your piece isn't quite right for you, you have 14 days from receipt to make a return. Items must be:
unworn
undamaged
returned in their original packaging
Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to make sure your parcel reaches us safely.
Once your return has been received and checked, the refund will be issued to the payment method used when ordering. Processing can take up to 14 days from receipt of the return.

In the event of a partial return, the promotional benefit may be cancelled and the refund recalculated based on the non-promotional unit price of the items you keep.
