1. Purpose of the contract
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.soreliparis.com for the sale of jewellery and monthly boxes (“Mystery Box”).
2. Products and availability
The products offered are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
If an item is out of stock, the customer will be informed promptly and a refund will be offered.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Delivery charges are specified at checkout.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Payment confirms the order.
5. Payment
Payments are secured via Shopify Payments, PayPal or bank card.
No banking details are stored by SORELI.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 0 to 1 working day and delivered within 48 to 72 hours.
SORELI cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the parcel to exercise her right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging.
8. Returns and refunds
Once the return has been received and checked, a refund is issued within 7 to 10 days.
9. Subscriptions (Mystery Box)
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically.
It can be cancelled at any time from your customer account.
Boxes that have already been dispatched are non-refundable.
10. Liability
SORELI cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the product.
11. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
